Account Supervisor: Health Social Media Strategist Job at Finn Partners
Finn Partners is seeking candidates for the Account Supervisor role, to join our growing global Health Practice. Candidates should have experience working in the healthcare space. Strong preference is for candidates in the New York metro area. However, we may consider remote candidates in the Central and Eastern time zones.
- Overarching Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day client communications and projects pertaining to social media activations.
- Assist in the management of account administration duties such as billing and financial reporting.
- Review materials (e.g. content calendars, content recommendations, etc.) prepared by junior employees.
- Participate in new business development and support organizational initiatives.
- Social Media Responsibilities:
- Develop channel and content strategies across core social media platforms.
- Leverage copywriting skills to reach specific target audiences across social media platforms.
- Manage social media platforms and respond to community commentary in real-time.
- Distill data into actionable insights that can be used to refine a client’s strategy across social media platforms.
- Strategically deploy paid campaigns across social media platforms and manage the associated budget and roll-out of the spend.
- Skills:
- Deep understanding of the healthcare and pharmaceutical landscape and associated nuances (e.g. FDA regulations, branded vs. unbranded communications, etc.).
- Strong presentation, writing and editing skills.
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously.
- Comprehension of the financial aspects of the business. #LI-AB1
Anticipated Salary: $80k to $95k. Commensurate with experience and depending upon workplace.
