Receptionist
Shift: Weekend, Saturday and Sunday + 2 days during the week helping with other admin duties. (those hours are flexible).
Hours: 12 hour shift, 8:00am-8:00pm on Saturday and Sunday
Hours: 8-5 ( 2 days during the week)
Status: Full Time
Job Duties:
- Responsible for answering phones and greeting guests
- Checking in visitors
- Administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Experience in a healthcare environment preferred
- Ability to provide a warm welcome to guests
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Friendly professional customer service attitude
