Ryan is a family owned and operated large scale sitework contractor with offices in Miami, Deerfield Beach and Stuart, Florida. This fifth generation company has built the Ryan foundation in the Civil / Sitework / Heavy Highway Industry exceeding our client’s expectation by providing them with full earthwork, underground utilities, heavy highway paving, Land Development and Infrastructure Civil engineering projects throughout South East Florida.

The position is for a Water & Sewer Punch Out Foreman. This is a full time position and has the direct responsibility for personnel, equipment, scheduling, safety and quality on each project. The Foreman will supervise and work alongside our utility crews, performing administrative and supervisory work related to water, sewer and drainage lines.

Duties And Responsibilities:

· Reads and follows plans, material lists, and guidelines and applies necessary timelines.

· Pressure testing of sewer and water mains.

· Installation of concrete aprons and valve box pads to grade.

· Water services and Meter Box Installation.

· Flushing / Chlorination of potable mains and setting sample points.

· Setting Sanitary manholes and storm structure rings and covers to grade.

· Drainage lamping inspection with the engineer of record.

Promoting and enforcing the company safety policies.

Job Requirements:

• 3-5 years experience laying Pipe
• 3+ years project responsibility in heavy civil construction, underground utility installation for City, County, Private or DOT construction projects
• Experience with Storm drain pipe is a MUST but all additional pipe experience is welcome.
• Knowledge of heavy equipment operations
• Able to manage, communicate and enforce production goals and schedules with crews
• Knowledgeable of OSHA Safety Regulations
• Must pass a drug screening
• Legally allowed to work in the US and have a valid Driver's license

Preferred Education/Training/Certification:

• OSHA Training
• MSHA Part 46 Training
• First Aid / CPR
