Firefly Children & Family Alliance is currently seeking a User Support Analyst to work in the Indianapolis area. The User Support Analyst is responsible for providing computer and networking support to end users.
You Will:
User and Network Support (100%)
- Monitor the agency helpdesk and complete tickets within agreed service level time frame
- Travels to Firefly Children & Family Alliance locations to provide technical assistance
- Complete new hire setup configuration and onboarding
- Troubleshoot network problems and maintain network optimization
- Installs, configures, and troubleshoots software and hardware systems used by staff
- Organize and perform staff training for IT software and hardware, including new hire
- Create and updates systems documentation
- Maintain inventory of agency hardware
- Contribute to and implement IT policies
- Support and configure agency active directory, shared folders and permissions
- Support and configure agency cell phones and hotspots
- Support and configure door access and video surveillance systems
You Have:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of three years of desktop support
- Relevant Certificates (A+, CCNA, Network) are welcomed but not required
CRITICAL FUNCTIONAL SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Active Directory
- Microsoft Operating Systems (Windows 10 and above, Windows Server 2012R2 and above)
- Microsoft Office Suite and Office 365
- Microsoft Exchange
- Multi Factor Authentication
- General networking and server skills
- Printer and Multi-Function Printer configuration
- IOS software for Apple products
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrates a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines
- Detail oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks
- Ability to work independently or in a team
