Firefly Children & Family Alliance is currently seeking a User Support Analyst to work in the Indianapolis area. The User Support Analyst is responsible for providing computer and networking support to end users.

You Will:

User and Network Support (100%)

• Monitor the agency helpdesk and complete tickets within agreed service level time frame
• Travels to Firefly Children & Family Alliance locations to provide technical assistance
• Complete new hire setup configuration and onboarding
• Troubleshoot network problems and maintain network optimization
• Installs, configures, and troubleshoots software and hardware systems used by staff
• Organize and perform staff training for IT software and hardware, including new hire
• Create and updates systems documentation
• Maintain inventory of agency hardware
• Contribute to and implement IT policies
• Support and configure agency active directory, shared folders and permissions
• Support and configure agency cell phones and hotspots
• Support and configure door access and video surveillance systems

You Have:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of three years of desktop support
• Relevant Certificates (A+, CCNA, Network) are welcomed but not required

• Active Directory
• Microsoft Operating Systems (Windows 10 and above, Windows Server 2012R2 and above)
• Microsoft Office Suite and Office 365
• Microsoft Exchange
• Multi Factor Authentication
• General networking and server skills
• Printer and Multi-Function Printer configuration
• IOS software for Apple products
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrates a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines
• Detail oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks
• Ability to work independently or in a team
