Responsibilities:

• Work with product team to design solutions for new features
• Conduct all usability tests for your projects
• Help grow our design system
• Track and document work
• Communicate design efforts with customers, stakeholders, and teammates
• Take responsibility for outcomes of your work
• Passionately demonstrate the value of design in all work

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree related to visual design or equivalent practical experience

• An online portfolio of your design work

• General understanding of relationship between UI and UX

• Eager to learn and keep up with design and technology trends

• Committed to high-craft and following processes

• Effective written and verbal communication skills

• Can peacefully balance a diverse workload
