Cella is looking for a Paid Media Marketing Manager to cover maternity leave for one of the world's largest streaming services. In this role you will focus specifically on managing marketing and media campaigns across our film slate. The Paid Media Marketing Manager plays a vital role in launching films and creating US stunts to generate meaningful awareness and conversation around our robust commercial and critically acclaimed film slate.
We are looking for someone with:
- Team leadership skills with the ability to conceptualize and articulate a marketing plan.
- Experience and passion for building great marketing programs and product launches.
- A history of creating disruptive messaging that generates earned media and social buzz.
- Fluency in managing large-scale media budgets responsibly and flexibly for a range of programs.
- Solid digital skills and fluency in the digital space with an understanding of the various digital buying environments as well as tracking and testing.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Great communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Help to refine and evolve the overall film marketing strategy with the leadership team
- Work closely with internal cross-functional teams, gathering information and analyzing data, to drive campaign optimization and future enhancement of all campaign touchpoints.
- Think big picture and make decisions for titles within the overall film slate and in consideration of US business priorities.
- Represent the team in planning and strategy meetings as well as presentations to key stakeholders such as talent and producers.
- Understand, interpret and apply insights/data from multiple teams early in a campaign's lifecycle to build the campaign's framework.
- Develop audience approach, channel strategy, and distribution rollout independent of an agency.
- Lead internal teams in developing innovative, cross-functional paid media marketing strategies for slate-level campaigns and title launches (inclusive of traditional media, digital, social, stunts, etc., understanding the nuances of marketing film.
- Connect internal departments to bring ideas to life.
- Collaborate with teams across different skill sets and departments to execute on innovative and buzz-worthy marketing campaigns.
- Seek unique opportunities that build earned media in the marketplace.
- Manage day-to-day plan execution and works alongside creative teams to ensure creative is well aligned.
- Manage agency on the development of marketing tactics and ultimate execution of the campaign operations, to drive information gathering and data analysis efforts that result from campaign optimization and future enhancement of media plans.
