Adwerx is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our team! This role is hybrid and will work 2-3 days per week in our Durham, NC office.
Job Summary:
The Technical Support Specialist is dedicated to supporting customer-facing teams (Account Management, Customer Support, and Inbound Sales) to enhance the experience of the customer while monitoring and improving product functionality. Familiarity with partner-specific details, Adwerx products, and automation/feed processes are keys to role success.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Own triaging of internally submitted support requests.
- Responsible for working with our advertising partners to ensure timely delivery of our services.
- Proactively resolve service issues to limit customer impact.
- Identify trends within issues and collaborate with varying internal teams to troubleshoot and provide resolutions to issues before they can become widespread.
- Improve team efficiency by creating internal content and improving documentation.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-techncial stakeholders.
- Knowledge of file sizing for the purposes of image manipulation, conversion, compression, etc.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and Google Workspace.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to search documentation and use resources to find solutions to issues.
- A desire to learn SQL, HTML, programming languages, data feed integrations, and API's.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- At least two years related experience required.
