Job Description

Freshies is a Lobster-inspired fast-casual restaurant, known for winning the Worlds Best Lobster Roll competition in Maine. We are currently hiring Teammates for our Park City location. We are very passionate about serving the best Lobster Roll and giving our guests an excellent experience in a fun and supportive atmosphere.

Teammate duties include:

• Preparing and serving a simple, lobster-focused menu
• Engaged guest interaction and frequent table-touches
• Taking orders, recommending products, and creative merchandising at the register
• Opening and closing duties including cleaning (sweeping, mopping, light dishes, setting up for AM/PM shift)
• Exceptional attention to cleanliness and organization
• Sharing Freshies story and mission to serve the freshest seafood anywhere
• Take initiative to see what needs to get done
• Lifting boxes up to 50Lbs
• Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen and working area

• Competitive pay ($16 to $23.00) Depending on availability and experience.

Freshies Lobster Story

Freshies Lobster has been serving fresh Maine lobster to Park City, Utah since 2009. Freshies started out at the Park Silly Market and farmers market and have expanded into a food truck that serves Park City, Midway and Salt Lake City. After seeing the demand for lobster rolls they have decided to open a cafe to serve the Park City locals and tourists year round. Our owner, Lorin Smaha, is a true New Englander at heart - growing up in Lebanon, New Hampshire, she was never too far away from delicious lobstah. Lorin’s culinary background, passion for food, and New England roots have allowed the business to expand its offerings and catering options to bring fresh seafood to more folks in Western mountain states!

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
