We have lower-than-industry average turnover, a C-suite team that values an able HR partner, and a host of ways to distinguish ourselves in the marketplace, so this position will have plenty of cards to play in the course of attracting talent.
From talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees, this role will have plenty of room to be creative and plenty of support to turn ideas into realistic plans and actions that get results.
