Description:

This is a high-level position that requires both outstanding personal communication skills and proven technology experience. You should enjoy building solutions that leverage technology to meet a client’s business needs. MORE IMPORTANTLY, you should enjoy working with people even more than the technology itself! A positive, service-oriented personality is a must.

This position provides design, implementation and support for complicated technical solutions. The candidate should have developed skills and experience with desktop and server operating systems, networking, cloud (Microsoft 365 and Azure), and cybersecurity.

Our ideal candidate has the following qualifications:

• Minimum of five years hands-on experience configuring and troubleshooting a variety of technologies, including administering servers (including Active Directory), networks, cloud environment (primarily Microsoft 365 and Azure), and supporting Windows PCs
• Minimum of two years of experience in a client-facing environment such as Help Desk Support
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and is comfortable working with clients at a business level to understand their current and historic issues regarding their business and technology
• Possesses strong organizational and time-management skills
• Life long learner that is results-oriented, self-motivated, energetic, professional, and a reliable team player
• Experience with RMM (remote monitoring and management) tools a plus
• Ability to problem solve at a high level, extraordinary customer service skills, strong multi-tasking and organizational skills

Ideally you will have one or more of the following certifications:

• CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Server+, CompTIA Security+, CompTIA Cloud+
• Certified MCSA (Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator/Solutions Associate) or MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer)
