Systems Administrator Job at LINK Property Management
The Systems Administrator takes ownership for the support, maintenance, and optimization of key systems used across the organization. This person will work in ongoing maintenance, training and compliance of existing systems as well as collaborating with stakeholders on ways to optimize system efficiency. This individual is a master problem solver — comfortable analyzing systems to uncover the root of an issue and persistent to carry through to a final solution. They have a big-picture mindset with strong attention to minute details —able to understand how small changes integrate into and impact larger systems.
Essential Job Duties and Core Responsibilities
- System Support
- Entrata – Lead point of contact for the team of representatives at Entrata. Have an expert understanding, preferred to have mastery of operations of Entrata.
- Google – Create and provision email accounts for individuals and groups. Streamline best practices and organization.
- Asana – Increase optimization, saturation user rates, and participation.
- Phone Systems — Own setup of new phone accounts and troubleshooting of existing accounts. Understand the phone system from start to finish and how various programs work together to help pinpoint any breakdowns.
- System Maintenance
- Keeping systems operating efficiently by performing any necessary upgrades and repairs
- Assigning and updating security permissions for the system network
- Optimizing and evaluating the system regularly
- System Optimization
- Training or directing users on the correct use of the system
- Partners with Team Members and other business leaders to understand current challenges and consult on what capabilities existing systems might have
- Ad Hoc Responsibilities
Job Requirements
- Skilled in technical aspects of system management
- Skilled in technical project management
- Time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to collaborate and work with key stakeholders as a team
- Excellent critical thinking, decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Work requires the ability to work in a team, as well as independently, in a time-sensitive environment
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate
- Communication skills to explain complex computer systems
- Proficiency in Entrata and Google Suites
- Preferred Background in Process Improvement
- Nuanced communication skills to promote cross functional collaboration
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
