LMDS has an opening for a Supply Chain Operations Coordinator 4 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in Chandler, Arizona.
The Supply Chain Ops Coordinator 4 will be expected to:
- Support and assist activities within multiple disciplines across the Supply Chain process.
- Provide administrative, tactical and execution support in various aspects of the industry standard supply chain business process areas primarily Supply Chain Planning and Supply Chain Sourcing, as well as Supply Chain Business Operations.
- Support Basic Accounting through the creation of allocation Worksheets and the implementation in Costpoint
- Review Purchase Requisition Accuracy and provide feedback to planning and buyers when requirements are not clearly communicated
- Support submittal of documentation through Vendor Management
- Review Cyber Attestations or completeness/content and enter them into the CSS reporting tool
- Invoice Management
- Pulling together procurement metrics for leadership
Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED and 6 years of experience in supply chain, production planning, materials planning, total quality management, procurement, supplier quality assurance, customer service, and/or industry related fields.
- Knowledge AND experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
- Knowledge AND experience with Costpoint.
- Must be able and willing to work 1st shift on a 9/80 schedule.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in related field
- Certified in Planning and Inventory Management (CPIM), Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), Certified Logistics, Transportation, and Distribution (CLTD) Certification
- APICS Certification
- Six Sigma Certification
- 2 year of experience in a GSC related field
- Familiarity with raw materials and outside processing techniques.
- Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems.
- An active DoD Secret Clearance that has been granted/renewed within the last 5 years.
- Ability to obtain and maintain Special Program access.

This position’s standard work schedule is 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows an employee to work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday and take every other Friday off of work.
