Sr. Project Engineer - Processing - Hackettstown, NJ, Burr Ridge, IL, Cleveland, TN, Topeka, KS, Elizabethtown, PA

The Sr. Project Engineer - Processing will be a part of the MW Process Engineering Team. The individual in this role will be responsible for all aspects of planning and executing projects from ideation to project closure. The scope of the role could include leading projects in the areas of buildings and infrastructure, process, general manufacturing processes, and packaging systems depending on business needs. The role owns the overall leadership of major capital projects via the MW Engineering Execution Standard. This role will be based out of, or require significant travel to most of our major sites across North America.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelors degree in Engineering in Electrical, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering; an advanced degree in Engineering or MBA is a plus.
• 5-10 years’ experience in an comparable technical position - food, beverage, pharmaceutical or related industry preferable
• Experience with Utilities or Refrigeration is a plus.
• Understanding of engineering principals - knowledge of engineering disciplines: Process, Packaging, Electrical, Construction or Computer Services
• Good communication, listening and influencing skills
• Able to work collaboratively with other groups
• Approximately 20-60% travel requirement depending on project demands
