Skills Focus:

• Familiarity with data/process mapping
• Creating and implementing new processes with appropriate PM oversight
• Ability to create business process flow and data flow documents
• Knowledge of specification documents,policies, procedures, controls and flow documents
• Developing partnerships with key business partners
• Developing and managing TROUX application
• Flexibility and creative problem-solving
• Good communication skills
• Knowledgeable of structured process i.e. Agile to execute projects.
• Ability to identify risks and escalate issues to management level
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Self-initiative to drive given tasks
• support via the bulk uploads, reporting and analysis of US data
• TROUX was acquired by Planview. Pursue data leads with Planview Portfolios. The TROUX product is incorporated into their capability and technology management tool back in 2017.

Description:

• Review and mitigate Data quality findings of EIM for US used apps (including usage, interfaces, apps types, etc…)
• Identify changes (add/demise/merger/new) for US used apps inventory
• Coordinate, address issues/changes with ITSOs/BPOs to keep inventory up-to-date
• Interface with business partners and review issues/changes related to Important Business Service (IBS)
• Coordinate review and update (if necessary) Resolution & Recovery Planning/Operational Contingency in Resolution (RRP/OCiR)
• Work with ITSO partners to validate and maintain EIM data
• Work with technology partners to correct EIM required field issues
• Develop relationships across organization with various functions and senior management
• Partner with US Automation Lead to identify automation of processes and/or reporting opportunities
• Provide cross training ensuring back-up and succession planning
• Track Wave progress, Issues and Risks
• Metrics management
• Provide periodic status reporting
• Escalate obstacles
• Facilitate project update meeting routines
• Facilitate Controls process
• Facilitate ILMS
• Liaison between BPOs and ITSOs

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $60.00 - $65.00 per hour

• 8 hour shift
