Speech Therapist / Speech Language Pathologist ST / SLP
Care IV Home Health is now hiring a Speech Therapist for home health patients in our Russellville territory. This is flexible PRN and we are open with regards to what days you choose to see patients. Great opportunity for Speech Therapists seeking extra work.

Duties may include, but are not necessarily limited to:
- Visit patients in the comfort of their homes and assisted living facilities in the Russellville area
- Admit / discharge speech patients
- Create & follow speech therapy care plans
- Performing ST
- Documenting / charting patient progress
- Updating RN Director on patient status, etc.
- Other therapy duties as assigned
Desired experience:
- Speech Therapist or Speech Language Pathologist actively licensed in the state of Arkansas
- Speech therapy experience in an acute, rehab, or related setting (minimum 6 mos)
- Home Health speech therapy experience a plus, but not required
- As a healthcare provider in compliance with CMS guidelines & conditions of participation, we require a COVID vaccine as a condition of employment (absent reasonable accommodations)
