- Department: Relationship & Demand Management
- Schedule: 8-hour day shift, Monday-Friday
- Location: Southfield, Michigan
Lead planning efforts to identify technology solutions to business issues.
- Facilitate resolution to usability/performance issues which impact performance and own collaboration with care team and business leaders during critical events.
- Advise and guide business partners and impacted associates during the contracting process for contracts not covered by a product group.
- Lead technology roadmap development with operational business partners plus contribute to the organization's strategic direction.
- Manage intake process from identification of business issue to project initiation/rejection.
Education:
- High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree required.
Work Experience:
- 3 years of experience preferred.
