Description:

About Healthcare Plus Solutions Group

In 2022, Quint Studer and Dan Collard founded Healthcare Plus Solutions Group (HPSG), which focuses on diagnosing the most urgent pain points of an organization, collaboratively designing solutions, and helping in the implementation of the solutions. Because no two healthcare organizations are exactly alike, HPSG’s services are tightly customized. They curate a team of experts and stakeholders to diagnose your most urgent pain points; design smart, collaborative solutions; and create a plan to execute in a way that gets measurable results.

Diagnose

HPSG looks at the health of your organization as a whole: the people, the metrics, the systems, the leadership, the culture, etc. Seeing how the entire ecosystem works together helps to identify root causes and to implement tools and techniques to achieve the organization’s desired outcomes.

Collaboratively Design

They don’t just bring their own expertise to the table, they pull in respected industry resources. And since the most workable plan is one the partner helps shape, they collaborate closely with your senior team throughout the design step of the process.

Execute

HPSG’s goal is to help you take action that yields metrics-backed “quick wins.” They don’t overwhelm your team with too much change too quickly, but help you act with the right scope and sequence to generate near-term performance improvements.
