About The Team:
The Recombinant Team develops several user-facing architecture features in Revit to improve productivity, like annotations, text, copy/paste, sketches and edit modes, and various view types. The Revit software engages architects and engineers to develop buildings.
About The Role:
As a Software Engineering Intern, you’ll collaborate with the team on goals to improve productivity within the Revit Software. You’ll develop new features and improve existing performance and usability for our current users.
Responsibilities:

Having a dedicated mentor who will help you navigate through Autodesk as a whole. From onboarding to your intern project, your mentor will get you ramped up and ready to make an impact - all while showing you what it means to be at Autodesk!

Working side-by-side with other developers through pair programming, ad-hoc design discussions, and daily standups.

Being part of a scrum team. You’ll attend our daily standups and planning meetings, while collaborating with QA, designers, and other developers to drive projects

Research and dive deep into our user’s need through biweekly virtual demo sessions with customers.
Minimum Qualifications:

Must be currently enrolled in a full-time, degree seeking program with an expected graduation date in 2024.

Strong CS Fundamentals

Proven track record of working in teams with a growth mindset
Preferred Qualifications
-
Experience with object-oriented programming.
-
Prior experience with any kind of performance or memory profiling.

Familiarity with graphics or modeling software.

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting annualized base salary between $41,000 and $81,400. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
