Small Engine Mechanics Job at Lingo Staffing
Lingo Staffing is now hiring Small Engine Mechanic in the Port Charlotte, FL area.
Small engine mechanics - Including being able to inspect the equipment, troubleshoot issues, properly diagnose and then repair and/or replace parts, properly record repair on work orders, some computer skills to be able to look up parts, possess their own tools, and must have a driver's license and reliable transportation.
Payrate: $15.00 - $20.00 hourly (Based on experience)
Scheduled:
- 1st shift: Monday – Friday: 8:00AM – 5:00PM
- Must be able to work overtime as needed.
Job Requirements & Duties:
- Discuss equipment issues, maintenance plans, and work performed with customers.
- Perform routine engine maintenance, such as lubricating parts and replacing spark plugs.
- Test and inspect engines for malfunctioning parts.
- Adjust components according to specifications.
- Repair or replace worn, defective, or broken parts.
- Must have a valid driver license.
- Must have the ability to speak with customers if necessary.
