Rite Wrench Inc. has an opportunity for a shop manager/service writer. Rite Wrench is a well-established repair company for heavy equipment, trucks, and trailers with our main location in Fort Lauderdale. Our services are performed on the road and at our shop to various types of equipment and heavy trucks which makes every day exciting and different! Job Responsibilities
· Active participation in the daily operation of the shop
· Customer, technician, and vendor communication
· Technician scheduling
· Fleet & shop organization and cleanliness
· Help with diagnostics when technicians have a problem
· Build and maintain sustainable relationship with customers
· Manages customer requirements and customer inquiries
· Coordinates, plans, schedules, and oversees service orders
· Manages the service order process in a timely manner from service call to invoicing
Job Requirements
· Must have some knowledge in gas and diesel engine repair
· Diagnostic capabilities
· Valid driver’s license, CDL a plus
· Responsible and punctual
· Bilingual a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $52,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
