Hiring for Shipyard Workers/ Welders to join our team in Paducah, KY!

Duties and Responsibilities include the following, but are not limited to:
Must be able to operate welding torch, weld materials, and fit parts for welding.
Strong knowledge of TIG and MIG welding processes.
Ability to weld watertight welds in all areas and will weld maximum amount of footage for the type, conditions, and location of welds with few to no leaks in weld.
Adept multitasker with the ability to handle several welding construction and repair assignments with full accuracy and efficiency.
Skilled in power and hand tool operations.
Ability to perform difficult and repetitive tasks in a variety of uncomfortable work environments and adverse weather conditions.
Use torches and other cutting tools efficiently and safely.
Ability to follow the company, state, and federal safety regulations. This includes wearing proper protective equipment and keeping work areas clean and well organized.
