Job Description:
The Shipping/Receiving Clerk will facilitate the freight process and ensure accuracy of all orders and customer documents.
Shift Hours:
Tuesday-Saturday
6:00am-2:00pm
Job Duties:
- Make sure all BOL’s and customer required documents are completed with timeliness & accuracy.
- Understand and handle resin distribution within the plant and rail yard.
- Monitor driver check-ins, directing drivers to the appropriate doors.
- Generate/review/collect proper paperwork for Warehouse loaders, giving locations if necessary.
- Process releases and sales orders for customers as necessary.
- Help process all inbound receipts when needed.
- Assist in forecasting schedule for distribution/transfer loads
- Ensure all UPS orders are processed properly.
- Track & monitor daily reports
- Load, unload, move, stack, and stage finished goods product and raw materials on a forklift when needed.
- Be a flexible team member
Ideal Candidate:
- High School diploma or equivalent required with advanced technical certificate or formal education preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of logistics experience
- Minimum of 1 year of prior ERP systems experience.
- 1 year of maneuvering large loads with a forklift
- Detail-orientated and excellent decision-making skills
- Demonstrated capability in basic math and measurement.
- Ability to follow guidelines independently and work as part of a cohesive team
- Familiarity with basic business computer applications and mobile device applications
- Must laugh at jokes & embrace Radius Culture
- Active and able to lift up to 30lbs
