Basic Job Responsibilities:

The Shipping Clerk is responsible for billing, receiving, creating, and filing of loads. This person will enter data using ERP system.

Major Responsibilities:

• Process all freight claims, bill out loads, and process e-commerce orders.
• Prepares bills, invoices and other shipping documents.
• Uses 3-way match system to verify and ensure accuracy of orders.
• Works with other team members to ensure all shipping functions are covered.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV ERP, SPS Commerce EDI platform or experience with similar platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid interpersonal skills
