- Plans, organize, and direct the activities of the Float Take- Off department to produce quality products in a safe, efficient, cost effective manner.
- Organize production schedules to ensure the maximum utilization of equipment and personnel and to maximize yields.
- Motivate and direct employees to ensure compliance with production and quality goals, safety policies, and company rules. Also maintain employee records.
- Ensure glass is cut within specification; containers are set-up and packed according to customer requirement.
- Coordinate maintenance repair work. Ensure equipment is kept in proper working condition.
