Sonju in Two Harbors is expanding! We've hired more technicians, upgraded our shops and updated our waiting area! Now the only thing missing is you. We are in need of a Ford Service Writer to round off our staff. If you are looking for a company that has aggressive compensation, a team focused approach that works with cutting edge training and technology then look no further. As a Service Writer you will speak to large amount of customers specializing in the Ford brand. You will recommend and advise on repairs, required and scheduled maintenances on all types of vehicles. You will work with our parts advisors and technicians in order to give customers the best overall advice on their vehicle needs. Compensation range of $40,000-$75,000

Qualifications

• Customer Service Skills 2 years (Required)
