We are currently seeking a highly experienced Robotics Engineer to help shape, lead, and execute our robotics/automation strategy. This posting is for a senior-level Robotics Engineer – ideal for someone with ten or more years of technical and leadership experience in the robotics and automation industry.


This role requires someone who:

  • Is recognized as a leader in the robotics industry
  • Can work with internal and external stakeholders to develop and drive technical strategy around automation
  • Has extensive knowledge across a wide range of robotics and automation technologies and applications, and is always looks to learn more; system integration and collaborative robot (cobot) applications experience
  • Has a proven track record of working with manufacturers to identify robotics automation opportunities, develop and test concepts, and implement solutions
  • Excels at building relationships and generating business with organizations of all sizes – from small manufacturers in Western New York to large manufacturers and government organizations nationwide
  • Has strong working relationships with robotics and automation equipment OEM’s and vendors
  • Demonstrates strong technical skills that can be leveraged to support technology research, development, and implementation projects
  • Is hardworking, ambitious, and enthusiastic about robots and other automation technologies
  • Has excellent time management skills, and always follow-through on commitments
  • Understands the importance of completing projects within scope, schedule, and budget, and has a track record of doing so

EDUCATION
:

  • B.S. in engineering discipline related to automation and/or robotics
  • M.S. or PhD. is preferable


EXPERIENCE
:

  • Ten (10) or more years of experience spanning technical, business, and leadership roles in the automation industry
