If you have sales experience and want to make the difference in the lives of local seniors and their families, we want to hear from you! We’re looking for a sales professional to join our community’s leadership team within New Haven County.
Position Description: The Senior Life Advisor is responsible for achieving maximum community occupancy by utilizing sales and marketing efforts as well as relationship management skills to generate new prospects and convert prospects into residents. This professional position must have the ability to show empathy, problem solve, and drive business.
The Hearth serves seniors with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia, so patience and compassion are key. A base-level understanding of how Alzheimer’s and dementia impact one cognitive functions, physical ability, and emotional capacity is also a plus.
Education/Training/ Experience: Prior sales experience in a senior living of healthcare setting is an absolute must. The ideal candidate also possesses a Bachelor’s Degree, an outgoing, warm personality, schedule flexibility, access to an automobile during working hours, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.

Pay
- $75,000 base plus commission
Monthly Commission Structure
Sales from paid referral sources (A Place for Mom, Caring.com, etc.):
- 1 – 3 sales: $100 each
- 4 – 6 sales: $300 each
- 7+ sales: $500 each
Sales from unpaid referral sources (local doctor’s offices, rehab centers, etc.):
- Each sale: $500
