Senior Executive Assistant - Remote
We are seeking a talented, driven and energetic Senior Executive Assistant for a fast-growing, global portfolio. The applicant will support members of the executive team with travel, meeting coordination, communication, oversight of the executive calendar, support in managing key reporting and communication processes. The environment will be dynamic and fast-paced. The executive team is geographically dispersed so coordination across time zones is critical. A successful candidate applying to this position will be one that's interested in the Executive Assistant career path but doesn't mind supporting other functions (HR and Office Administration, for example). Key Responsibilities:
- Provide seamless support to 3-4 senior executives: manage complex calendars, organize and prioritize time-sensitive and confidential tasks, arrange travel, manage expense reports, ensure smooth execution
- Understand business priorities to maximize efficiency: engage with and understand the business needs so that you can proactively manage executive time and help improve efficiency
- Prioritize and execute on key deliverables: coordinate engaging content and manage agenda and action items for our weekly and monthly meetings; take on and drive ad-hoc projects for the executive team
- Facilitate team communication: draft team and company-wide communication, organize team events and activities, be a positive cultural force for the teams
- Liaise with key stakeholders: coordinate the Board's quarterly meetings and assist with preparation of necessary materials
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; 5+ years of related work experience
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral
- Self-starter, extremely organized and detailed-oriented with strong follow-through skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage priorities effectively
- Good judgment and problem solving skills
- Ability to work both independently and as a team player
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Sense of humor
- High sense of integrity
