Senior Accountant Job at Private Label Staff
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ad-hoc projects as assigned
- BS/BA degree in related discipline required
- Minimum of 4-7 years related experience
This position is a “remote” work from home position. This role handles sensitive, confidential, financial information, work must be performed in a secure setting. Must have the ability to join “virtual” online meetings as required both with video and voice.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
CPA and/or Master’s Degree preferred
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be analytical and a problem-solver
- Strong organizational skills
- Comfortable communicating with executive leadership team and investors
- Detail oriented
- Manage consolidated cash flow forecast and weekly reporting to senior leadership
- Partner with Director of FP&A to provide improved reporting package to investors
- Support and develop workflow for bank account administration and user management
- Own project to transition all bank accounts to one banking relationship
- Collaborate with banking treasury team on compliance and best practices
- Support and oversee notification to payers and management of balances during transition
- Strategize to reduce overall account fees
