Job Description
Our client, a leading pharmaceutical company, is currently seeking an accomplished Senior Account Manager to join the team. Here is an overview of the role:
1) Follow up on leads and win new clients
2) Develop and implement strategic plans to manage and grow accounts
3) Retain clients and build strong and trusting relationships
4) Generate leads in small molecules CRDMO area assigned to discover new opportunities
5) Assess the current market share of assigned customer and product portfolio to determine additional growth, develop and execute the plan for growth
6) Develop and maintain network contacts within accounts to fully know the organization
7) Support the Sales Team to improve their performance and reach targets
8) Comply with the company’s policies and procedures
9) Perform other duties as assigned
Critical Requirements
1) A university degree is required. Although all candidates are welcome and encouraged to apply, preference will be given to those with degrees in a relevant field
2) Appropriate full-time work experience is mandatory (no students or fresh graduates please)
3) Recent experience in the pharmaceutical industry is strongly preferred
4) Preference will be given to candidates with recent experience in sales management
