Responsibilities include:

• Greet Customers as they enter the building.
• Maintains a professional departmental, company and community reputation.
• Maintains regular, consistent attendance record.
• Knowledgeable of and adhere to all rules and regulations, policies, and orders.
• Interacts with guests and employees in a professional manner
• Must have great attention to detail and remain alert
• Ability to deescalate irate customers
• Screening each customer with Covid related questions before allowing access to the offices.
• Provide Temp badges and track badges to all customers
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Controlling of access to and from buildings, tenants, and other customers
• Evicting trespassers and violators and detaining perpetrators while following legal protocols before relevant authorities arrive to take over
