We are a high rise condominium located in Waikiki. We are looking for a competent and responsible Security Officer to be hired immediately. We're hiring for Fulltime positions. One Full time Swing (1400-2200 Hours) and a Full time Morning/Swing (Inquire for more information)

• Patrol premises regularly to maintain order and establish presence. Also Patrolling the garage.
• Monitor CCTV, dispatch fellow Officers to certain locations if necessary.
• Remove wrongdoers or trespassers from the area
• Check surveillance cameras periodically to identify disruptions or unlawful acts
• Investigate people for suspicious activity or possessions.
• Respond to alarms by investigating and assessing the situation.
• Provide assistance to people in need.
• Submit reports of daily surveillance activity and Incident Reports when necessary.
• Assist Residents, Guests and Contractors.
• Must be able to work with other departments such as maintenance and janitorial.
• Assist with move ins, deliveries and contracted work.
• Enforce House Rules
• Attend departmental meetings and training sessions.
• Responding to emergencies involving fire, flood, medical emergencies.

Skills

• Must be Professional and Reliable
• Proven experience as security officer.
• At least one year of experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with report writing on a computer.
• Must be able to walk/stand for an hour or more.
• Excellent surveillance and observation skills.
• Must be able to read and write in English, as well as type on the computer.
• High School diploma is required or equivalent.
• Must have an active GUARD CARD and in good standing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
