Currently in need of a scheduler/clients relations manager. This role includes about 30 hours a week of scheduling and 10 hours a week client relations. Ideal position for someone who had a desire to learn and grow in their management experience.

Duties include:

• Scheduling: We are currently scheduling about 750 appointments a week. We need someone to take pride in assisting our clients in scheduling their appointments. This is currently done through phone or text.

• Client Relations: Our clients need someone in the office who cares about them. This role will be solely responsible for creating happiness in our clients interactions with us. Managing 5-star reviews, handling customer complaints, experimenting with ways to improve our clients interactions are all part of the fun!

Location: Laguna Hills, CA

Pay: $58,240 per year (plus potential for bonus)

Hours: Sat, Mon, Tues, Wed, Fri from 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
