Job Summary: The Sales Support Specialist will assist the Candle Warmers Etc. National Account Sales Team operate efficiently and achieve sales targets by providing back-office logistical support. The Sales Support Specialist will be assigned to work with some of the country's largest retailers, including Walmart. This is a remote position, and this Specialist will serve as the internal liaison between National Account Managers and other Candle Warmers Etc. departments.

Job Duties:

- Serve as the in-house expert on key account retailer back-office systems including Retail Link (Walmart) and 1 World Sync.

-Lead Reporting and analysis for Walmart Team

- Support Sales team with materials and analysis needed for customer meetings

- Ensure new products are set-up in retailer systems accurately, uniformly and in a timely manner.

- Assist Sales and Marketing team in preparing presentations for large national retailers using Adobe Creative Cloud.

- Support national account sales team members in providing world-class customer service and communication to large National Account Retailers

- Coordinate with Product Development, Marketing & Operations to ensure assigned retailers receive excellent account management and support during the sales process

- Utilize CWE and Customers systems to pull data for analysis and set up pricing

Required Skills/Abilities:

- 2+ Year experience in CPG environment or customer service industry

- Experience with Retail Link required. Experience with 1WorldSync preferred.

- Must possess strong analytical skills and the ability to solve practical problems

- Must be a quick learner who excels in a rapidly changing environment

- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Proficient with current systems – Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud, NetSuite (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
