Sales Representative Job at Tee Time Lawn Care

It’s always selling & commission season at Tee Time Lawn Care and TTLC Roofing Siding & Gutters. As a full time member of the inside sales team, you’ll be working with area home owners on full year sales programs in the lawn services, tree care, outside pest control, and home refurbishment industries.
This Job includes a Base Salary PLUS commission and Bonus!
Our Inside Sales Representative and Call Center Representative will enjoy paid training, commissions from your first dollar sold and be eligible for bonus compensation in your first 60 days.
Plus additional retention bonuses, commission accelerators and competitive base salary give you the most aggressive total compensation plan and unlimited opportunities to grow.
Inside Sales Representative responsibilities:
- Inbound customer inquiries and orders
- Inbound lead follow up
- Cold Calling
- Past customer win-back
- Existing customer saves
- Existing customer up-sell & cross sell
- New customer prospecting and acquisition
What you, as an Inside Sales Representative, bring to the team is:
- Personal integrity with a positive, professional and team mindset
- Ability to clearly communicate with and capture the interest of area home owners
- Create urgency and excitement with area home owners for our programs
- Obtain commitment from area home owners to work with us
Inside Sales Representative Requirements and preferences:
- Are comfortable interacting with customers
- Have professional inside sales / phone sales experience
- Understand and demonstrate the art and science of sales, including the importance of listening, focus, activity, pipeline management, addressing client concerns, persuasion and closing
- Align the value of our services and solutions with the desired outcome expected by area home owners
- Demonstrate the ability to address client concerns in a positive manner and guide the prospect to purchase
- Comfortable working in a professional, phone sales environment and with sales software / technology
- Bring the ability to learn product and process details and use that knowledge to differentiate our offerings with prospects and customers
- Contribute to a fun and supportive work environment
- Have previous Lawn Care sales experience(preferred)
- Have previous home improvement sales experience(preferred)
Inside Sales Representative Job location, hours and benefits:
The Inside Sales team is conveniently located in Plainfield IL and available shift hours are Mon – Friday 10am – 8pm and Saturdays 10am – 3pm. As a full time employee, you’ll have a minimum of 40 hours per week across available shifts and other benefits include:
