OLIMP is looking for a Sales Representative to manage inquiries received from our customers. You will process orders, provide a high level of customer service, and are responsible for collecting payment for finished orders. In this role, you will communicate heavily with carriers and shippers to support their requests and follow up throughout the process. Our ideal candidate can provide excellent customer support, remain organized, and can multitask but is diligent at completing all tasks daily. The candidate should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and successfully manage their administrative workload.

Salary + Bonus Plan

First year earning potential (salary + bonuses): $85,000

Who you are:

• Minimum associates or bachelor’s degree, required
• Previous Freight Brokerage experience preferred
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Computer proficiency is a must
• Experience in Microsoft Office (knowledgeable in excel or Google Docs), required
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred not required
• Ability to stay clam in a fast-paced environment

What you’ll do:

• Process orders assigned to you in a timely manner from start to finish, while maintaining to follow up with the customer to ensure a smooth process.
• Contact warehouses that can provide the service(s) needed and negotiate prices to ensure the best possible quote for the customer.
• Communicate with customers to keep them updated on order status.
• Update and maintain orders in OLIMP database to reflect status of order.
• Invoice customers for services and follow up to collect payments.
• Take inbound calls that come through your line and make 50-100 outbound calls daily.
• Speak with customers to maintain and grow business.
