We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Educational Sales Representative to join our team. As a commission-based sales representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and generating revenue for our educational products and services. You will be expected to prospect for new clients, maintain existing relationships, and develop creative strategies to meet or exceed sales goals. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about education and sales and is motivated by the potential for unlimited earning potential.

This is a four-month contract with the potential for a long-term position.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop, and close sales opportunities for our educational products and services with school districts employing more than 50 teachers.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets
• Meet with prospective clients virtually to discuss program elements and their specific needs
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
• Meet virtually with company leadership weekly for updates and field updates

Qualifications:

• Background in the educational industry with preferred knowledge of student-centered learning
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of the education industry in terms of current trends and roadblocks
• Sales background preferred but not required

Compensation:

This is a 4-month, 100% commission-based position with unlimited earning potential. The purpose of this contract will be to sell a specific program training bundle to a minimum of 20 school districts preparing for the 2023-2024 school year.
