Sales associate will be manager when owner is not in store or available . Must be able to learn products an have high sociability with customers . Employees "face" products And sweep / clean when customers are not in . Customer service is number 1 so employees must be focused an attentive the entire visit of customer . Register must be correct at end of shift an employees also pick up phones an restock products in store .
