Sales Assistant Job at Lecangs LLC
We are looking for an experienced and energetic Sales Assistant, preferably of Chinese origin, who can speak Chinese fluently. The main function is to perform a variety of tasks required for the day-to-day operation of the warehouse under the direction of the manager. 这个岗位更偏向于文员辅助岗,最好会说中文。
Duties & Responsibilities
· Reconciliation of daily cash receipts and other forms of receipts or payments owed
· Responsible for maintaining accurate cash, credit, and other monetary transactions per company policy
· Monitor the performance and efficiency levels of sales representatives and set targets as well as quotas for the sales team
· Coordinate interviewing, training, developing, and scheduling for sales staff
· keep the sales staff motivated and encouraged to meet their sales quotas and goals.
· Ensure all cash handling, point of sale system, safety, and operational procedures are performed in an accurate, consistent manner
· Analyze customer shopping data to optimize sales efforts and better identify potential customers
· Work with staff members from other departments such as marketing, research/design and financing to optimize sales
· Any other duties assigned by the Assistant Manager or Manager
Qualification Needed
· The candidate should preferably be of Chinese origin and speak fluent Chinese. This will help smooth cultural exchange and systematic learning during the probationary period.
· Proven experience in sales. Relevant sales experience as Sales Representatives, Purchasing Agents, Sales Managers and Retail Sales Agents preferred.
· Excellent leadership and coaching abilities
· Skilled in staff optimization and team development
· Able to work with other department heads to develop effective marketing strategies
· Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills with superior attention to detail, and the ability to organize and express ideas clearly.
· Strong working knowledge of MS Word & Excel, Power Point, MS Team and Zoom.
· Proven record of dependability and reliability. Strong attention to detail.
· Work successfully in a team environment as well as independently.
· Ability to work overtime as required by business needs.
· Supporter of company goals, values, and procedures.
· Experience working in a fast-paced work environment preferred.
