We are currently looking for Salad Artist to produce small batch salads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Salad Artist must adhere to approved recipes in the formulation of finished products.
- To follow proper GMP rules on a continuous basis while handling finished product, while keeping the work area clean and safe.
- Be aware of allergens in products and follow allergen control procedures to avoid cross contamination of allergens.
- Measure the temperature of the finished salad / cream cheese (USDA CCP 1) before dipping and note that temperature in the appropriate location. Alert management of any product or ingredient above 40 degrees F.
Food Safety Responsibilities:
- Allergen control.
- Proper cleaning of all equipment.
- Proper adherence to GMP policy by all employees.
- Work around 7 allergens
