The Sales Consultant is responsible for exploring customer needs with thoughtful questions and meeting performance metrics, while also serving as a world-class customer service agent to assist with service activations and processing changes and upgrades.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Maintain relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction, that their questions are answered, and that their demands are met
• Demonstrate sales knowledge, and stay up to date on all company policies and procedures
• Continuously look for fresh approaches to improve the appeal of your products to both existing and potential buyers
• Respond to new and current client base regarding complaints and service inquiries
• Give presentations to prospective customers to highlight the advantages of our products
• Motivate the sales team to achieve great results
