Rosemary Beach Trading Company is fast paced, high energy retail store i*n the *Rosemary Beach community. We are open 9:00 am to 6:00 pm looking to hire full-time, part-time or seasonal retail sales associates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome customers by greeting them; offering them assistance
• Direct customers by escorting them to racks and counters; suggesting items
• Advise customers by providing information on products
• Increase sales by suggesting add-ons
• Processes payments by totaling purchases; processing cash, and credit cards
• Assisting with stock when delivered, pricing & restock shelves when necessary
• Help keep back counter, fitting rooms & stock area neat/clean

Key Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including some weekends and holidays
• Strong sense of pride and responsibility
• Retail experience a plus, but not necessary we will train the right candidate
