Oasis Texas Brewing Company is looking for an experienced and driven individual that wants to join us on our quest to deliver outstanding food, service, and beer at our unique Lake Travis Brewery and Kitchen. Job Requirements -

• Responsible for recording daily financial transactions
• Maintain and file requisite documents for taxation compliance
• Monitor cash flow and produce financial reports to assist managers in taking strategic decisions.
• Assist in running payroll and generating invoices for your company as needed

• Maintaining records of financial transactions by posting and verifying
• Reconciling entries to balance subsidiary accounts
• Ensuring compliance with federal, state and local legal requirements
• Monitoring for variances from the projected budget
• Oversee vendor payments and invoices
• Maintain P & L statements
• Prepared budget for restaurant income and expense
• Developed financial statements on quarterly and annual basis
• Supervised financials on everyday basis for establishment
• Reconcile receipts and employee expenses

Qualifications –

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related discipline
• Previous bookkeeping experience preferred (5 years)
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment

• Deep understanding of accounting principles

• Attention to detail
• Comfortable dealing with huge volumes of complex data
• Understanding of industry benchmarks in accounting best practices
• Expertise in Microsoft Excel
• Familiarization with standard restaurant bookkeeping practices
• Basic accounting knowledge

The Space: High Volume brewery and restaurant with two kitchens, seats 530+. Indoor/outdoor seating overlooking beautiful Lake Travis.

Please note, that this is a part-time position with the ability for potential growth.

Compensation will be based on experience and evaluated after an interview.
