Summary Description: This position is responsible for assisting our customers with the proper fitting of ski and / or snowboard equipment while continuing to provide the best-in-class guest service.

Job Responsibilities:

• Fit boots, skis, snowboards and/or poles to guest satisfaction
• Demonstrate and maintain the high standard of guest service
• Demonstrate excellent knowledge of products and industry trends
• Complete accurate work order paperwork
• Demonstrate proper knowledge of company cash handling policies and procedures
• Protect company assets through loss prevention techniques
• Other duties as may be assigned

Education and Experience:

**Job dependent: No experience necessary as we will train you but there are a few things that will make the job more fun:

• Be Friendly, outgoing and comfortable working with people
• Love to ski or snowboard and some knowledge of how it all works
• Have basic computer skills
• English fluency, written and verbal
• Need to be flexible in your schedule to get the most out of ski time, including working split shifts, nights, holidays and weekends
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and regularly lift 25 pounds

Wage ranges between $18-$20/hour. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience. Our employees earn an additional $1-$5/hour in commission.
