Role Overview / Job Description: Join the Global Rental and Used Equipment Services (GRUES) team at Caterpillar. This team works to help Cat dealers’ collective rental businesses around the world. We support an ever-growing opportunity for both Caterpillar and the dealer network. As a member of the GRUES team, you will work directly with the division leaders, field teams and Cat dealers to interpret analytics and develop actions to grow the dealer’s rental business.

In addition, this role helps support:

• Reports monthly dealer metrics
• Works with Cat dealers to leverage data and standardize monthly and quarterly
• Support field teams requests for data analysis and insights
• Prepare quarterly reports and analysis for Sr. Leaders with GRUES and the product teams
• Uncovering business opportunities using data analytics tools
• Interpreting data for field teams and leaders
• Leveraging agile process for driving PowerBI reporting needs for team

Basic Qualifications

• College or university degree in Accounting, Finance, and Business Management
• 5-8 years of progressively responsible job-related experience

Additional Information:

This position would ideally be located in Peoria, IL; however open to considering other Caterpillar facilities within the U.S. (candidates permanent address must be within 50-mile driving distance to a Caterpillar facility)
