Our location in Midlothian VA is currently looking for a Rental Clerk/ Cashier for our service department to join our winning and growing team.

Job Description:

• Greet customers when they come up to the rental counter and offer assistance, answering any questions they may have
• Evaluate customer satisfaction with all products and services and work to solve any problems or concerns customers express
• Explain rental options and terms
• Review all incoming paperwork from customers to ensure completeness and accuracy and maintain records of all rentals
• Thoroughly inspect rental vehicle for damage when going out and upon return and review with customer.
• Cashiering: receiving cash/credit card transactions by use of computer.

Job Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service experience, preferred: 1 - 2 years in a rental car or dealership environment
• Valid Drivers License in good standing
• Ability to use computer and telephone
• Ability to work some Saturdays (Service is open till 2PM only on Saturdays, closed Sundays)
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to sit for long periods of time
• Ability to bend at knees/waist
• Demonstrated effective communication and interpersonal skills
