Remote Activities Coordinator Job at Newport Associates

Looking for individuals to plan exciting activities and destinations for clients and to offer superior client coordination. This opportunity does not require experience. We will train you to work directly with suppliers such as Expedia, Universal Studios, Marriott etc.

You will listen to clients needs and budget and propose an itinerary that may include car, air, hotel, activities, cruise, sporting event and concerts.

  • Research needs based on budget
  • Use suppliers we have contracts with, to propose quotes
  • Prepare costs and itinerary in quote form
  • Collect credit card payment and book agreed on activities/trips
  • Deliver e-confirmtions to clients
  • Be able to make changes to itinerary and submit refunds
