Job Description: Reporting to the Auto Glass Store Manager, the Auto Glass Receptionist will be responsible for scheduling and routing all jobs for the store and being the first impression for ABC Auto Glass customers. The Receptionist will surprise our customers with exceptional service by maintaining a high level of knowledge and raising the bar in regards to excellence in customer service. The Auto Glass Receptionist will achieve desired results by executing these core roles.

Core Roles:

Sales:

• Monthly sales goals for store are achieved

• Phones are answered by the third ring

• Most customers are called by name

• Waiting area and areas visible to customers are extremely clean and clutter free

• Is a subject matter expert and can answer all questions

• Properly schedules jobs and mobile technician to achieve optimal customer satisfaction

Profit:

• Follows assigned schedule

• All paperwork is turned in and achieves a score of 100% on paperwork grade

• Returns all unused parts to the proper vendor for credits

• Cash overs / shorts are within company guidelines

• Markdowns are within company guidelines

• Properly routes mobile technician

Team:

• Develops and maintains a culture of recognition

• Attends company meetings and events

• Assists Manager with inventory control, paperwork, and other duties as assigned

• Willing to help out when needed

• Has strong partnership with support team

Safety:

• Follows all emergency procedures

• Ensures all drivers understand company procedures on accidents and call-ins

• Follows all accident procedures

• Ensures store appearance and maintenance is a top priority

• Follows all physical security procedures

• Reports any unsafe working conditions to manager

Qualifications: Ability to stand for long periods of time, excellent computer and customer service skills, and ability to routinely lift up to 40lbs.
