Opportunity for individual to make deals while earning a base salary with bonus potential. Analyst would be working to source and underwrite companies in the real estate and construction industry to build out the company's in-house real estate capabilities, as well as building sub contractor bid lists. In addition person would be involved in marketing/leasing commercial and multi family properties thoughout New England using our proprietory system. This individual must be self motivated, work well in a team enviroment, develop, implement and maintain databases from external data sources, as well as assisting in developing email campaigns. Individual will also make follow up calls, and post on social media.
