Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm
Travel Requirements: 25%
Pay Rate: 55K

Job Description:

  • Formulate and manage the development and implementation of goals, objectives, policies, procedures and systems pertaining to the QA/QC.
  • Coordinate and manage ISO 9001:2015 requirements oversite, CIMS implementation and CARF accreditation coordination as it relates to products and services.
  • Identify quality standards needing improvement and develop enhanced process’ resulting in a higher quality product and service produced under more efficient methods.
  • Effectively interact with Production, Service and Development teams to maintain service contracts and products to standards.
  • Actively interact with supervisory staff on service contracts to assure quality goals are met
  • Manage and maintain the Company’s quality inspection and product release programs for incoming and in-process materials and components, processes and finished goods.
  • Establish protocols for carrying out tests and checks and ensure their proper application.
    Collaborate with operations and purchasing staff to establish quality requirements from external suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Conduct periodic reviews with customers to solicit and compile feedback data.
  • Ensure tests and procedures are properly understood, carried out and evaluated.
  • Administer, collect and analyze performance data and chart against defined parameters.
  • Set up and maintain controls and documentation procedures.
  • Supervise Quality Control Associates (QCA)
  • Prepare quality related reports and presentations.
  • Conduct regular inspections of TFM grounds and custodial areas as well as of the dining area and kitchen area of our dining facility
  • Conduct quarterly safety committee meetings with supervisory staff at our TFM contract on the grounds of West Point
  • Ensure that Quality Control/Quality Assurance plans are being regularly reviewed and revised as needed

    Qualifications:
  • Minimum BA with 5 years’ experience or AA with 10 years’ experience.
  • Quality System specialist. ISO 9001, CIMS and/or CARF experience a plus.
  • Passion for quality, “lean” efficiencies and customer service.
  • Ability to facilitate multiple priorities.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills.
  • Ambition to grow with our changing and evolving environment.
  • Must have an excellent driving record and valid license. Some travel is required.
